Jenny Craig’s Agency of Record: A new relationship revives a 30-year-old brand.
You could say we’ve got a few fans over at North Castle Partners who seem to like the way we work. At the end of last year, they added Jenny Craig to their roster and asked us to help them reinvent the brand.
Being problem solvers at heart, we of course, jumped at the chance to become Agency of Record. Beginning the only way we know how, we came out of the gate with new positioning for Jenny Craig. And just like that, the brand started to take shape. It made perfect sense to bring back Jenny Craig’s most lovable spokesperson, Kirstie Alley. Now that Kirstie’s come home, she can bring new and old members with her.
In just four months, we’ve launched a completely updated website featuring a new approach to Jenny Craig’s sales funnel. And we’ve been hard at work producing national TV that breaks this month announcing Kirstie’s return. Unique new sales have practically doubled and leads are up 125%.
We feel we’ve just scratched the surface when it comes to what we can do. Currently, national print and online media campaigns are in the works, along with the next round of TV concepts. We’re thrilled to have the privilege to help an established brand like Jenny Craig reinvent itself and regain the ground it once claimed, and then some. We’ll keep you posted on what we’re up to next.
